This site has valuable information for current and future teachers in how they can incorporate technology into their lesson plans. Remember the Internet has a slew of information and activities that you can use to enhance your daily lessons in order to facilitate learning in your classroom. So you need to start searching.

Why I Want To Be a Teacher
When I was younger, I never imagined myself becoming a teacher. I always thought that teaching was a difficult and thankless profession. When I entered college with a desire for job security, fulfillment, and money in mind, I pursued a career in the medical field. After college, I had the opportunity to work in the health field for a few years and used what I learned out in the real world. However, I eventually came to the realization that I needed to make a career change. I felt that I wanted to make a difference in others’ lives in a more meaningful way. I first started thinking about trying out teaching when I had a discussion with my mother, who has been a teacher for more than 25 years. She encouraged me to explore the field of teaching, which led me to the idea of moving to another country to teach English as a Second Language (ESL). While researching and applying to schools in order to teach ESL, I came upon an article about education in America. After reading the article, I was moved to take upon myself the challenge of being a teacher. I figured that if I wanted to make a lasting difference in another person’s life, it was going to be through teaching. I turned my focus toward the toughest subjects to teach, which are math and science.
I feel that being able to inspire children to want to learn would be a great service to my community. I am currently teaching, and although it is still a long and difficult road ahead, I hope to accomplish what I have set out to do, which is to inspire children to learn and crave knowledge. I hope to also become a better teacher for myself by gaining knowledge through the attainment of a master’s degree in teaching.
